I've seen better, but worse too

The modern decor and tidy pool area created a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was a treat, with options served until 1:30 pm.

Room storage was limited, made organizing our belongings somewhat challenging.

Different food, had memorable stay.

The location was marvellous and fab, to Magaluf nightlife with easy access to all the main shops and shops. In Ristorante Pizzeria, located nearby I had English meals.

A really modern hotel in an amazing setting with lots of little extras. Spotless rooms and superbly friendly staff members on the reception desk. Delicious breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Honestly no complaint.

The absence of a mini fridge in my room was such a letdown, it's 2023 for heaven's sake. And don't even get me started on the pool area, quiet as a tomb with no music at all-who designed that? Such a shame I wasn't showered with complimentary gifts for enduring this. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

The service was fantastic, we felt welcome.

Noisy ventilation system disrupted our sleep, but the sea view was beautiful.

The pool area was lovely and kept clean. Only downside was the lack of cupboard space in the room, heaps frustrating with our gear everywhere. A sweet stay!

A Relaxing Stay with Some Room for Improvement

Our room was quite warm at night, and the air conditioning was not operational were great.

The pools were lovely, and our favorite part was enjoying breakfast every day, especially since it was served until 1:30 PM. We loved the vibrant atmosphere, perfect after a long day of sightseeing in Mallorca. The friendly staff made everything even better.

In my wife's opinion, better sound isolation would enhance the experience for families.

Super clean rooms! The brunch until 1:30 PM was divine 🌞 Perfect location, only a quick stroll to the beach and nearby bars.

Check-in seemed like a drag, with self-check-in tools acting up. Water cut out mid-shower, and while it was fixed quickly, it still put a damper on my plans. The cushions at the pool were left out in the rain, which dragged down the whole vibe when it cleared up. Oh, and bathrooms in the lobby could really use some privacy. Waiting guests shouldn't have a front-row seat to hand-washing. Food could improve. Definitely seemed like some of it had been stuck in a time warp, not exactly the gourmet spread you'd hope for on vacation.

Excellent hotel with a great outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a comfortable coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff helped me find tasty food, which I still remember. I always recommend it for its excellent value!

Just a good match for a brief sojourn in Palma Nova with very good value for money. The breakfast was quite generous, great to grab a plate near noon and still eat well. Look for some local dining options nearby. They can be really satisfying and affordable.
